Saffron Full Platform Bed w/ Dark Chocolate Finish + 2-Drawer Set & Footboard Bench Overviews From our sister division, PlatformBedsPLUS, the Saffron is available in Cherry, Natural, and Dark Chocolate finishes. The rails, footboard, and slat support system are constructed of solid hardwood construction. The plantation-raised, kiln-dried rubberwood used in this design is very dense and the hand-rubbed finish yields a piece that is ultra smooth to the touch. Rubberwood is an eco-friendly alternative to conventional hardwoods that still maintains resistance to shrinking, warping, and cracking; as well as having a scratch resistance and hardness similar to more conventional hardwoods. This bed is designed to be used with or without a box spring. The bed also comes with the patented ThumNut assembly system allowing for easy set-up and has a Limited 10-year Manufacturer's Warranty. This bed is available in Twin, Full, Queen and Eastern King. The Twin has only one panel and the Standard King has 3 panels (not shown). The Full and Queen sizes have two panels (as shown). A picture of the other headboards currently are NOT available. Full, Queen and King sizes include a center rail with four small legs for additional support. This bed uses a standard Twin, Full, Queen, and Eastern King sized mattress and an optional box spring. Dimensions (w/o footboard bench): Twin: 42 1/2"W x 81 1/2"L x 45 1/4"H.
